Graphics Designer with Online Speciality
We’re looking for a graphics designer who can work with our clients to create awesome, on-brand images for their websites, products and to use in their marketing. If you love working on multiple projects at a time, enjoy getting on the phone with a client to hash out a new idea or a vision and you have excellent communication skills, you would love working with us and our clients.
The graphics requests we see most often include:
- Website headers / banners / sidebar images
- E-book covers, CD covers and other information product covers
- Twitter backgrounds, Facebook fan pages and YouTube backgrounds
- Logos
- Postcards, business cards and other physical marketing materials
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Available Monday through Friday and can check in with our projects at least once per day
- A great communicator and doesn’t mind getting on the phone with a client to discuss a project
- An independent worker and can take action on projects without a lot of prompting
- A ninja with PhotoShop (other applications, such as Illustrator, is a plus!)

WordPress Designer / Developer / Maintenance
We need to add a few WordPress designers, developers and individuals who are familiar with the interior of WordPress to our team. We spend 90% of our time in WordPress - either developing new sites or updating existing sites - and the demand is high. If you know your way around WordPress and have room in your schedule to take on a lot of work, we need you!
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Available Monday through Friday and can check in with our projects at least once per day
- A great communicator and doesn’t mind getting on the phone with a client to discuss a project
- An independent worker and can take action on projects without a lot of prompting
- Understands WordPress very well and has experience working with the platform
- A good troubleshooter / problem solver and can help think through issues as they arise

Virtual Assistant with Internet Marketing / Social Media / Virtual Event Experience
We need to add a few virtual assistants to our team that have Internet marketing, virtual event and online business management experience. Our clients have a wide range of requests and we need individuals who are multi-talented and can handle a lot of details at once. The ability to work quickly, consistently and in a highly organized way is required.
We’re looking for virtual assistants who are:
- Available Monday through Friday and can check in with our projects at least once per day
- A great communicator and doesn’t mind getting on the phone with a client to discuss a project
- An independent worker and can take action on projects without a lot of prompting
- Well versed in online business programs, activities and ideas
- Big thinkers (to see the client’s company at a high level) and who can also break the big picture down into smaller pieces
The applications that would be ideal for you to know include:
- WordPress
- Dreamweaver / HTML
- 1ShoppingCart / Constant Contact / Aweber / MailChimp
- InfusionSoft
- Basecamp
- Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn
Understanding terminology that a virtual assistant hears and sees often is also a must - ie: autoresponders, opt-in, sales page, etc. as you will be working with people whose businesses are 99% online.
